Frank brings more than 30 years of construction and building inspection experience to the Forensic Industry.  As a classically trained carpenter, state-licensed business owner, building inspector, municipal building official, instructor, and founder of a 501(c)(3) charitable construction services founder, his experience spans all types of construction, development, and governmental projects.
