Andrew has been an EPA accredited instructor with ZOTA Professional Training for nearly three years. He has direct experience with the EPA’s RRP Rule which enables him to bring real world experience into the classroom. Andrew has more than a decade of project management experience in the remodeling industry. He has utilized lead paint safety procedures for many projects to maintain compliance and promote a healthful work environment. Andrew is also in the Real Estate profession and understands the RRP Rule recordkeeping requirements and the importance of retention and transfer to new ownership.
