In-Person Courses Available January - March 2025
Fulfill your continuing education requirements with Contractor University’s in-person courses. These in-person courses are taught by top industry experts and take place in Roseville, MN. Lunch included with full-day registration for all-day classes.
To receive continuing education credits for an in-person course, you must attend the entire course during the time span(s) listed. Students must sign-in/sign-out, and be prepared to show their driver's license or other legal identification with their photo if requested.
A quiz is not required for those attending for Minnesota contractor, building official, and Realtor continuing education, or Wisconsin continuing education. Students attending for International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) CEU(s) must complete a quiz following the course and achieve 70% correct answers.

Becoming certified follows the Environmental Protection Agency’s Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) rule, which states that if you are paid to perform renovation, repair, or painting work in houses built before 1978, you must be trained to do so. - The 4-hour in-person lead refresher course will update you on standard procedures, safety regulations and hands-on practical training for construction professionals, so you can pass your exam with confidence. NOTICE: You must have a current non-expired Lead Renovator Individual Training Certificate (your name and photo are on this certificate) to recertify with a 4-hour refresher course. If your certificate is expired, the EPA requires you to take the 8-hour initial course to become certified again. The EPA Lead Certification Renewal Course is designed for compliance with the Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule.
