What is your cancellation/refund policy?

All In-Person/Webinar Courses: No refunds/exchanges unless cancellation is made by 8:00 am the day BEFORE the class. 

Online/On-Demand Courses: No refund unless cancellation is received within 10 days of course purchase. Canceled course is not eligible for CEUs even if completed.
