As a founding member of the Paul Davis team, Cian has helped to build Paul Davis Restoration of Greater St. Paul since their first office opened in 2010. Both in the field and behind the desk; Cian has had experience in every role on the emergency mitigation side of the business. Cian has been sharing his knowledge and experience with others in the industry as a continuing education instructor for insurance and property management professionals for more than a decade. He has taught more than 80 continuing education courses since 2011. He specializes in bringing his real-world experience to the classroom and is able to provide endless stories from the field which make for a more engaging, entertaining and substantive, captivating continuing education experience. Cian has been certified by the IICRC as a Master Fire & Smoke Restorer and Master Water Restorer, has been certified by the EPA in Lead Renovation, and certified by the State of Minnesota as an Asbestos Inspector.
