This course reviews a construct defect claim scenario and applies it to Minnesota law. The goal is for students to understand and hopefully avoid construction defect claims.

Understanding that legal claims that can be brought against contractors and developers in single unit and mult-unit construction including in the Common Interest Communities context.

This course has been approved for one hour of MN residential contractor, remodeler, and building official continuing education credit by the Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry and is approved for the required Business Management credit.
